- I was in dread of having my roof replaced. This was an area with which I had no familiarity and just knew that I would be taken advantage of. I really figured I would end up with a settle-for job, pay too much for it, and have nowhere to go for recourse. I gotta say, none of those things came to pass, in fact, the whole process was handled so smoothly by the sales rep, James Welch, that if it hadn't been for the appearance of the friendly and efficient workers, I probably wouldn't have even known the deed had been done. - If your looking for an Honest company that walks in integrity and understanding, then look no further Parker County Roofing and Skipper Robertson are the example to other companies out there. Being new to this area (3yrs now) and not really having any contacts, I did what everyone does. I asked around and even called businesses that I would see driving around in town or even found online. Each time I called, I would explain the roof problem, and I always got the same reply, can I call you back. First one company then another, then another and yet another. Not one company called back, I even called two of the companies twice and still no word back. So take note roofers, if your only looking to do insurance jobs and don't care about the smaller jobs, than your going to find out how important word of mouth is. You can have a fancy website, or a truck that's wrapped with a vinyl advertisement for your company, but if you don't have integrity and good work ethics, than I can assure you business won't last. Take notes from Skipper Robertson and Parker County Roofing, no job is too small and everyone matters. Thank You Skipper Robertson and Parker County Roofing.
